Vertigo XG Configuration Procedures and Schemas

To correct sizing problems due to incorrect resolution formats:

1. Verify and take note of the resolution format of the scene file.

2. Select the device is the Device List.

3. Read the R

ESOLUTION INFORMATION fields on the GENERAL INFORMATION TAB’s page.

The resolution setting must not only match each other (all three the same), but they

must also match the resolution format of the scene.

Therefore, if the resolution settings do not match, edit the resolution settings on the

Device Settings’ R

ESOLUTION page (see “Resolution Page” on page 4-16) and then

restart the device.

4. Reload the scene according to the Locating and Loading a Scene

instructions above.

If the scene plays on the monitor and you are satisfied with the playback, you have

completed the preliminary configuration procedures and you are ready to configure and use

the Vertigo XG for playing out your specific scene requirements.

If the playback is still behaving incorrectly, please contact Miranda’s technical support

department for further assistance.
